Do you think men like Garrett Hedlund in Country Strong exist in real life? (Answer: Yes. Although, as charming and equally handsome as they may be, they may have dead-end jobs at places like one of the local Wal-Marts or Home Depots and maybe like steak just a little too much and always have dirty hands and fingernails and I just can’t handle all of these things now that I’ve been spoiled by private school in New England even if I really do wish I could go back down South and find a perfect Southern Gentleman.) (And, as long as we’re being completely honest, I really do prefer regular Garrett Hedlund to his country singer alter ego.)
